Purposes and legal bases
Technical information is processed to deliver website pages and resources, maintain security, diagnose errors and prevent abuse. The legal basis is the operation of the website and protection of its infrastructure, or, where required by law, the visitor’s consent or another applicable legal basis.
Information that may be processed
The website has no registration, user accounts, payments or data-collection forms. When a browser connects, the infrastructure may technically process an IP address, User-Agent, requested URL, request date and time, and other information needed to deliver and protect content.
Email enquiries
If a visitor voluntarily writes to star.grph.art@gmail.com, STARGRPH may process the name, email address and message content provided in that email only to reply and handle the enquiry.
Cookies, analytics and local storage
STARGRPH does not use cookies, web analytics, advertising pixels, behavioural tracking, or third-party advertising and analytics scripts. localStorage is used only to remember an explicitly selected interface theme: theme=light or theme=dark. It remains on the device and is not used for identification or cross-site tracking.
Infrastructure and logs
The website uses Yandex Cloud Object Storage and Cloud CDN. The provider’s infrastructure is located in the Russian Federation. Cloud CDN request-log export (raw logs) is disabled, and Object Storage access logging is not enabled. STARGRPH does not receive, mirror or independently store request logs for analytics, profiling or tracking.
Yandex Cloud may process technical data as part of operating and protecting its services under its applicable terms and privacy policy. STARGRPH does not set the retention period for that provider data.

Rights and changes
Depending on applicable law, requests about processing, access, correction, deletion or restriction may be sent to star.grph.art@gmail.com. Because there are no accounts or analytics identifiers, a particular log entry may not be linkable to an individual without additional information.
This Policy may be updated when the website, infrastructure or applicable requirements change.
